Where are you located at?
We are located at 1205 Scott Street in Napoleon, Ohio.
What are your hours?
Our hours of operation are
Monday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Tuesday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Wednesday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Thursday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Friday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Saturday: 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.
Sunday: Closed
During June July and August we switch to our summer hours which are
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Wednesday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Thursday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Friday: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Saturday: 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.
Sunday: By Appointment Only
We are also open by appointment. During holidays call and check hours as they may change
Do you do custom work?
Yes, in fact we excel at doing custom work. Here is a small page showing what we can do. Schedule an appointment with one of our master craftsmen and be ready to get wow’ed!
Do you resize rings and/or repair broken jewelry?
Yes we do. Diamond & Gold Jewelers will do both and you did not even have to buy the jewelry from us. All our repairs and resizings are done on site. You can feel safe knowing nothing gets mailed out and your items remain safe.
Do you offer appraisal services?
Diamond & Gold Jewelers does not itself offer an appraisal service, however we bring in an independent certified gemologist separate from D&G to appraise items for our customers. Read more about it here.

Do you work on watches?
Yes, Diamond & Gold Jewelers repairs watches and can change batteries for you. Mr. Chiaverini was trained under Al Wonderly a Swiss watch maker from Switzerland.
We work on both pocket watches and wrist watches. Whatever the make and model we can assist you in getting it back up and ticking.
How long have you been in business?
Diamond & Gold Jewelers have been in business under different names since 1902. Initially based in Toledo, Ohio and incorporated in 1986. In 2007 we moved to Napoleon, Ohio servicing western Ohio and eastern Indiana.
We are also known as the Diamond & Gold Outlet. This is the manufacturing end of our business; Diamond & Gold Jewelers is our retail sales and store front.
